How to Return

  1. Contact us - Email us at admin@livehappypet.com or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item - Place the product securely in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship it back - Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. Drop it off at your nearest postal service.
  4. Receive your refund - Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 2-8 business days; each product page shows its own estimate. We ship to US addresses only for now.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact our support team anytime at admin@livehappypet.com for an update on your order status.
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Just email us at admin@livehappypet.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, unfortunately we cannot modify the delivery address.
